 12 cups of flour
 1 egg
 1 cup milk
 2 cups thyme
 pepper

Put the cod Fish in water for more than a day, constantly changing the water. Try the fish from time to time to make sure its levels of salt are low.

Cut the cod into small pieces and squeeze them well.
